Luís Miguel Romão is a partner and the head of the Competition and EU practice at CMS Portugal. He has extensive experience advising a roster of national and international clients, on state aids, cartels, litigation, abuses of dominant position, merger control, distribution and implementation of antitrust compliance programs, structural funds and the four freedoms. His experience spans a wide range of industries, including healthcare, food and beverages, transportation, energy, financial services and telecoms & media.
