Łukasz Szatkowski is a partner in the Energy and Infrastructure department at CMS Poland. Łukasz has over 15 years’ experience in advising clients on investment, operational, restructuring, M&A and private equity transactions. He assists in a broad range of work across the energy and infrastructure sector and has thorough experience in renewable energy (onshore and offshore wind, solar and more), climate change regulations, mining, liquid fuels and gas. He has participated in numerous development and construction projects in the energy and natural resources sector, including exploration and production mandates.
