Career

Arun co-heads the Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources practice at IndusLaw.

His practice includes diverse aspects of infrastructure projects, construction and real estate including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures in that space.

Arun has been advising clients in sectors such as airports, ports, highways, urban infrastructure, renewable energy, leisure & hospitality, warehousing, waste management, commercial and residential real estate development, media, information technology and education. He provides legal representation to several international and Indian developers, contractors, funds and lenders in the infrastructure sector and has been involved in various Government projects as well.

In addition to Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources, Arun also advises on acquisitions, leases, sell offs, joint developments, construction, compliances, and foreign investments in the real estate sector.
