He has helped complainants receive several exclusion orders and has won the largest recommended civil penalty in any enforcement action. For his win in the ITC’s first virtual trial, Scott won Am Law’s prestigious Litigator of the Week award. Scott also leads district court trial teams and helps patent owners and petitioners in IPRs.
