Mads heads Plesner's Real Estate team.

He has extensive experience with M&A transactions in real estate, including acquisitions and sales, property development projects, and legal due diligence. Throughout his career, Mads has served as lead attorney, providing advisory services for major portfolio transactions and large single-asset transactions. Mads advises a diverse range of clients, including Danish and international private equity funds, pension funds, property companies, and developers.

Mads holds an MSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law as well as a master's degree in law from the University of Aalborg.

Earlier in his career, Mads worked with the pan-European asset manager and private equity fund NREP, where he was part of the transaction team (December 2013 - March 2014). Mads has also worked at the pan-European private equity fund and asset manager M7 Real Estate in London, where Mads was a part of the Investment Management team (September 2014 - August 2015).

Mads is currently head of the combined practice group encompassing Real Estate, Construction, and Energy & Infrastructure.

Mads has published numerous articles on corporate law matters.
