Career

Partner in charge of the Tax Department of Garrigues México. I have more than 25 years of experience in Tax Law, specializing in Tax Controversy, Dispute Resolution and Tax Litigation. Until April 2019 I served as Lead Partner of the Legal Practice of KPMG in Mexico and as of May 2019 as Partner in charge of the Tax Practice of Garrigues México , in which we provide tax consulting services (domestic and international matters), transfer pricing, tax disputes and tax litigation.

Vice President of the Tax Committee of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Mexico 2022-2024.

Member of the Tax Committee of the Mexican Bar Association since 1999.
