Career

Marc Warren advises many of the world’s leading aviation and aerospace operators and manufacturers. His clients also include defense, transportation, logistics and infrastructure companies, and public venues. Marc steers clients through FAA and Department of Transportation regulatory compliance, government investigations, and enforcement matters. His experience also includes mergers, acquisitions, national security and military law, and international legal and policy issues. Marc serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Aviation and Aerospace team.

Marc is helping to shape the future of aviation by developing innovative authorities for drone delivery and urban air mobility systems, and for more effective and efficient use of airspace and airports. He employs novel funding strategies and guides clients in finding proper ways to implement new technologies. Highly regarded as an honest broker, he helps clients achieve business and operations goals consistent with the public interest. Clients also turn to Marc to secure and protect government-issued certificates and authorities.

A former FAA acting chief counsel and deputy chief counsel, and a senior legal officer for the Army, Marc has unmatched technical aviation and senior leader advisory experience.
