National managing partner and a Polish law-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in advising clients on M&A transactions and on corporate and financial regulatory matters. His recent notable engagements include advising: Cornerstone Investment Management, a leading private equity investment manager in the CEE, on the acquisition of EcoWipes/Hydra Beauty & Clean—a prominent European entity in natural personal hygiene and childcare products and Orange on the €605 mln strategic partnership with APG to build a fiber-optic network across Poland. Marcin played a critical role on IFM Investors' joint acquisition, alongside a consortium, of the DCT Gdansk terminal — Poland's largest container terminal — for over PLN 5 bln. He has led the team advising the shareholders of PESA Bydgoszcz on its sale to the Polish Development Fund (PFR). Marcin also advised Chariot Top Group BV on its €1 bln acquisition of a portfolio of 28 retail assets, including nine M1 shopping centers in Poland, and managed the subsequent partial resale to EPP. Additionally, he guided the Polish Development Fund (PFR) on its “Financial Shield”, a government financial support program designed to mitigate the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Marcin is National Managing Partner of Linklaters' Warsaw Office in collaboration with Janusz Dzianachowski.
