Regularly counsels investment companies, investment advisers, fund sponsors and independent directors in all aspects of regulated fund business. Experienced in advising on the creation and operation of registered open-end funds, closed-end funds, interval funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and business development companies (BDCs). Advises on fund governance and regulatory compliance, including with respect to transactions involving funds and/or advisory organizations.
