Career
Mario Silva is partner and co-head of the Tax Department at PPU. He focuses his practice in corporate and personal taxation, tax planning, and corporate restructuring to all kind of clients, particularly corporations, family offices, and private wealth. With more than 30 years of experience and vast knowledge, Mario Silva has become one of the most important actors in tax practice, academics and tax professional guilds in Chile, jointly with serving as a respected close collaborator with tax public policies and legislation. He has also been appointed as a legal expert in several occasions.

Currently, he is a professor of Tax Law and Master in Tax Law of Universidad de Chile.
