Mark has extensive experience in handling high-value, multi-jurisdictional disputes and the mediation of such disputes. He handles disputed claims and advises on risk management issues for a range of insurance risks - including professional indemnity, financial institutions, directors’ and officers’ liability, property, energy and construction.
Mark has a reputation for handling complex international arbitration proceedings and in advising a range of commercial clients on core risk management issues, including the structuring of insurance arrangements, corporate governance matters and anti-corruption policies and procedures.
