Marko is a partner in Blakes' Emerging Companies & Venture Capital group, based in the Toronto and Ottawa office. He represents technologies companies from ideation to exit, and all those that invest in them. His investor clients include venture capital funds, growth equity funds, private equity funds, pension fund and strategic investors. In addition to advising startups through all stages of growth, Marko specializes in venture capital financings, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic commercial transactions.
