She has broad experience in a wide range of structured transactions and other banking transactions. In light of her experience, she has taken part in a large number of the most innovative securitisation deals that have taken place in Spain through the years and she has worked with the main Spanish originators and all the Management Companies of securitisation funds in Spain.
