Martin Y. Eid is a partner in the Finance and Restructuring practice group resident in the firm’s New York office.

His practice focuses on securitization, capital markets and structured private credit. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions, underwriters, lenders, sponsors and borrowers in a wide range of securitization and other structured finance transactions. He also has extensive experience advising in a variety of complex securitization transactions, particularly in the whole business, media royalty and digital infrastructure space.
