Mattias Göransson is a partner in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group. He specialises in commercial arbitration and litigation, and has acted as counsel in a large number of Swedish and international proceedings. He has conducted arbitrations under a number of different rules, including arbitrations under the SCC, the ICC, UNCITRAL and the WIPO rules. Mattias’ experience covers a number of different areas including, engineering, energy, construction, IT and disputes arising from mergers and acquisitions.
