Michael H Ginsberg

Career

Mike Ginsberg is a trial lawyer who represents policyholders in disputes with insurance companies regarding coverage for product, environmental, and toxic tort liabilities, D & O and securities claims, and bad faith. His insurance recovery clients include Cardinal Health, Eaton Corporation, and Nutrien. His practice also involves the trial of toxic tort, environmental claims, and commercial disputes. Mike assists clients with the evaluation and management of asbestos liabilities. He has also served as insurance counsel in a number of high-profile bankruptcy matters, and advises clients regarding insurance issues in corporate transactions and in connection with captive insurance programs. Mike is a past chair and member of the Board of Trustees of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), and is the Director of Emory Law School's Kessler-Eidson Program for Trial Techniques. Mike has taught litigation and trial program throughout the United States as well as a number of other countries, including Scotland, Japan, and Kenya.
