Michael Rudnicki is an executive in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Tax Practice. He specialises in general corporate tax and the tax aspects of banking and financial services, M&A, private equity, and executive incentive schemes. His experience includes fund establishment, acquisition assistance and modelling, due diligence, implementation and post-deal implementation, and exit readiness. His work in the private equity sector has extended beyond tax advice to include deal origination and deal sourcing.

Michael has a specific interest in the taxation of financial instruments and derivatives and regularly presents on this subject. He has a B.Com from Rhodes University, a B.Compt (Hons) from Unisa, a B.Com (Hons) from the University of Cape Town, an M.Com from the University of Johannesburg and is a registered Chartered Accountant (SA).
