Michael specialises in project finance and acquisition finance transactions for borrowers and financiers across the power and utilities, infrastructure, resources and oil and gas sectors in Australia and Asia with particular expertise in the renewable energy sector. Michael is consistently engaged to advise on the financing of the most significant infrastructure and power projects. He has advised on almost every tollroad in Australia, a number of privatisations, PPPs and many of Australia's largest renewable power projects as well on market precedent-establishing transactions by both finance structure and on emerging asset classes; most recently data centres and subsea cables.
