Michael has played a leading role in many recent high-profile restructurings in the energy, oilfield services, power, health care, retail and media industries.

Significant matters include GWG, GEO Group, PG&E, CBL & Associates, Chesapeake Energy, Pacific Drilling, Weatherford International, CHC Group, Jonah Energy, Rex Energy Corporation and Hercules Offshore, to name a few.
