Focuses on the representation of companies and their executives in wide variety of government and regulatory investigations and litigation, including insider trading, improper accounting and disclosure, market manipulation, commodities regulation, healthcare, price-fixing and FCPA cases. Served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where he focused on the prosecution of securities fraud and was a member of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force.
