As Partner and Head of the Byrne Wallace Shields LLP Employment Law Team and Head of the Public Sector Group, Michelle Ní Longáin manages and coordinates the firms offering to many of its public sector clients and advises on employment law at the highest levels on strategic matters.

Michelle is widely recognised in the market place as a leading expert in equality law. She is lead employment adviser to a number of our large private sector clients. Michelle leads our protected disclosure advices to clients, including advice to the government department on the statutory guidance for public bodies under the Protected Disclosures Act.
