Mitchell Auslander is senior counsel in Willkie’s Litigation Department. Mr. Auslander’s commercial litigation practice focuses on insurance and reinsurance matters worldwide, and government investigations. His insurance practice is unique in that he represents policyholders, insurers, and brokers. Some of Mr. Auslander’s significant matters include serving as counsel to policyholders in numerous coverage cases; an insurance company in opioid coverage litigations; an insurance company in a major DFS investigation; an insurance company in an internal investigation; a key defendant in a multidistrict litigation arising out of government investigations into the insurance industry; and brokers in many E&O matters.
