Associate member of the Energy, Mining and Natural Resources team with experience in regulatory and corporate issues related to the execution of mining projects, including advice on obtaining permits and authorizations. With professional experience in the procedure for obtaining mining properties and the fulfillment of the obligations required of their owners, civil contracts, mining contracts, associative or corporate contracts concluded in the framework of transactions between mining companies. Participates in audit processes of mining companies (Due Diligence) and with experience in regulatory issues related to illegal mining and formalization of mining activities.
