Nadia Sager represents top private fund sponsors and investors in forming, investing in, and operating leading domestic and international private funds. She draws on more than 25 years' of experience and formerly served as Global Co-Chair of the Investment Funds Practice.
Ms. Sager regularly advises a full range of sponsors, from first-time fund managers to leading institutional asset managers, as well as the full spectrum of institutional investors — including sovereign wealth funds, strategic corporates, funds of funds, family offices, and tax-exempt organizations.
She helps sponsors with their formation, global fundraising, capital deployment, and operating activities for a range of private funds, including:

Leadership
Ms. Sager has been instrumental in the formation of a number of Latham’s global diversity, equity, and inclusion programs. Most notably, she co-founded the Women’s Leadership Academy and served as the original chair of Latham’s market-leading attorney diversity program.
She has held multiple practice leadership roles at the firm, including as Global Co-Chair of the Investment Funds Practice, Local Corporate Department Chair, and Global Chair of the firm’s attorney training program.
