Natalie is a partner in Ogier’s Corporate team in the Cayman Islands. She has a broad corporate finance practice with particular expertise in joint ventures, M&A, continuations, and venture capital and private equity. Natalie also specialises in equity capital markets transactions including SPACs and IPOs.
Highly regarded in the Cayman Islands financial services sector, Natalie has considerable experience advising joint ventures and M&A transactions for multinational groups, as well as acting for venture capital-backed companies. Her listed company work includes advising on SPAC transactions, capital reductions, continuations and takeovers.
Natalie has experience advising on the full lifecycle of funds, including fund formation and restructuring. She also advises on a wide range of regulatory matters.
Natalie is a member of 100 Women in Finance and holds a certificate from the London School of Mediation as an accredited mediator. She is a regular speaker at industry events and engagements, including ThoughtLeaders4 FIRE.
