Practice Areas
Nick specialises in behavioural cartel investigations, competition litigation, and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in many leading UK, EU and global antitrust-related and commercial mandates, including pleading orally before the EU courts. Nick has a particular experience of coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and class-actions, and is a member of the firm’s global class action, investigations, and antitrust litigation groups. He has advised in various sectors, including TMT, financial services, GIG and energy work.
Career
With Freshfields since 2005. Nick is an English qualified Solicitor Advocate, an Honorary Associate Professor at Exeter University and a UK Observer for the UN Competition Policy group.
