Niels Gram-Hanssen is a partner with Lundgrens, and for more than 30 years he has advised on all aspects of real estate law. He has a particular focus on the structuring of sales processes, the completion of real estate transactions as well as general and commercial lease law. Niels has acted as a legal and commercial advisor to Danish and international players from both the public and private sectors, and he has been involved in many real estate transactions, including some of the largest in Denmark. He has managed controlled sales processes involving large property portfolios and acted as a trustee appointed by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority in connection with commitment agreements on the sale of production plants in the heavy goods industry.
Niels has recently advised on Freja Ejendomme A/S’ divestment of the University-portfolio in Copenhagen; on Wihlborgs A/S’ purchase of portfolios comprising more than 30 properties; Jyske Bank on the divestment of a portfolio of 5 residential properties; PKA on the financing of and purchase of part of Grønttorvet in Valby; PensionDanmark on purchase and development of youth housing projects in Lundtofte and Ballerup.
Niels is a board member of several Danish property companies.
