Nikhil Narendran has substantial experience in advising companies on telecom, media and technology laws in relation to India entry, operations, strategy, policy, regulatory issues, disputes and business models. He focuses on telecom and satellite regulations, data protection, information technology laws, cyber security, content liability, intellectual property rights and outsourcing. He has significant expertise in domestic, cross-border and global commercial contracts negotiations including in relation to strategic M&As, outsourcing, licensing, telecom, cloud, technology, media and fintech. Nikhil has deep sectoral knowledge of the TMT and Fintech space, advises regularly on the interface between cutting edge technologies and laws and helps in business model structuring. He also advises clients in relation to policy engagements in the TMT and Fintech sectors.
