Career

Oscar N. Johnson, Jr., K.C. served as Managing Partner and Global Managing Director of Higgs & Johnson from 2012 to June, 2020. He currently serves as Co-Managing Partner of the Firm. He is the former chair of the Litigation practice group and practises a full range of Corporate and Commercial law. He regularly appears in the Supreme Court (High Court), and the Court of Appeal of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas, and before the Privy Council.
