She also regularly advises on financial regulatory matters. She also assists funds in their portfolio investments, joint ventures, and other corporate restructurings.

Pallabi has drafted many submissions (as a part of requests from various industry bodies) for changes in laws framed by Indian regulators including SEBI, RBI, IRDA and the Government of India.
