Professional Memberships
Pascal chairs the Canadian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association’s (CVCA) Model Documents Working Group, and is a member of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF)’s corporate finance advisory committee. He is the former Chair of the Canadian Club of Montréal.
