Prof. Dr. Pascal Hinny is a partner leading the Tax practice at our firm’s Zurich office. He specializes in national and international tax planning for multinationals, a field spanning everything from M&A, restructurings, recapitalization, financing and relocation to private equity and family offices. In addition, Pascal regularly represents taxpayers in front of tax authorities, in court- and MAP proceedings and acts as expert witness both for taxpayers and governmental bodies.
Pascal Hinny is a professor of national and international tax law at the law faculty of the University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
