Patrick has three decades of experience handling contentious and non-contentious matters. His areas of expertise include corporate restructuring and insolvency, acting for financial institutions and companies in high-profile landmark cases including Nortel Networks, Lehman Brothers and Swiber.

Patrick is globally regarded as a pre-eminent lawyer, having been consistently named in prominent legal directories. He is also an Independent Director of Singapore Deposit Insurance Corporation Ltd, Tiong Seng Holdings Limited and Nanyang Girls’ High School.
