Paweł Chyb, attorney at law, Ph.D., specializes in transaction advice, company law and commercial law. He has growing experience in M&A advice for investors in new technology / big data sector gained while advising such clients as Dirlango Trading & Investments. Paweł worked with Dirlango over last few years, advising it on various acquisitions and joint-venture projects in new technology/big data sector and also in food sector. His practice covers advisory services in the area of public business law, in particular issues related to running businesses that are subject to administrative-legal regulations (i.e. those requiring concessions, permits, and licences). Paweł has many years of experience in advising on conducting and coordinating legal due diligence of business entities in various market sectors (including food, medical, security, new technologies, big data) and in providing legal advice at all stages of M&A transactions and joint-venture projects.
