Peter has also acted for clients in large scale arbitrations, including an international investment arbitration and a significant gas price arbitration. Complementing this 'back end' practice, Peter has extensive 'front end' experience advising in relation to compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), anti-corruption and sanctions laws. Peter advises a large range of clients in relation to AML, including major Australian and international banks, financial institutions and superannuation funds.
