Career
Peter LeJeune has extensive experience counseling owners and operators of nuclear power plants in new nuclear plant development, licensing and regulatory matters for new and operating units, and decommissioning. He also represents clients with numerous nuclear power plant acquisitions. Peter represented Georgia Power Company and Southern Nuclear throughout the negotiation of the EPC Agreement for Vogtle Units 3 and 4, the licensing of the units, and currently advises Southern Nuclear and the Vogtle Owners on licensing, regulatory, and contract administration issues. Peter also works on new nuclear projects in the United States, Poland, and throughout western and central Europe and consults on a potential project in Slovenia. In addition to traditional large light water nuclear plant development and operation, Peter also regularly advises clients on licensing, commercialization, and deployment of SMRs and GEN IV advanced nuclear plant designs.
