Philip Munro

Practice Areas

Philip is a partner in the private client and tax team. He is admitted in England, Hong Kong and the BVI. He has worked for Withers in their London, Hong Kong and Singapore offices. His practice focuses on succession planning for international families. As well as implementing estate planning arrangement for individuals, Philip frequently acts for trustees and financial institutions in relation to trust planning matters. Philip has been involved in recent years in a number of matters involving the use of trusts in commercial contexts.

Career

Philip joined Withers as a trainee in 2004. He became a partner of the firm in 2013.
