Rachelle Dubow’s practice focuses on counseling, protection, and licensing of intellectual property rights, with an emphasis on trademark prosecution and global brand management. Rachelle assists domestic and multinational companies in the selection, clearance, registration, and enforcement of trademarks, the licensing of trademark rights, and the assignment and integration of trademark rights acquired in commercial transactions. Rachelle currently serves on the Board of Directors of the International Trademark Association as one of only two US law firm lawyer members.
