Practice Areas
Partner. Vast expertise in advising multinationals on all types of employment and labor matters. His practice is particularly focused on individual and collective dismissals (downsizing), senior executive relationships, collective agreements and procedures, transfer of undertakings and remuneration systems. He has also extensive experience in litigation and in providing ongoing and strategic labor law advice to companies. Matters he has recently advised on notably include the labor restructuring of a leading industrial Group in Spain (including collective layoff proceedings, collective material changes of working conditions proceedings, temporary suspension of employment proceedings, transfers between companies, and the legal defense of the entities), and the voluntary redundancy plan of a listed company.
