Ralph is Chairman of Global Corporate and Co-Head of the firm’s Global M&A practice. He is specialised in complex cross-border mergers and acquisitions, public takeovers and matters relating to the German stock corporation law. He is advisor to a large number of major German DAX and comparable companies.
