Career
Randy Bullard is the co-chair of the firm’s Latin America Desk and partner in the Corporate Department. Randy has built a decades-long career in the corporate, M&A, and private equity practices throughout Latin America, Florida, the United States, and Europe. His work with MoFo’s top clients has produce some of Latin America’s most significant transactions and investments. MoFo’s Latin American desk is a sought-after resource for clients based-in or with operations throughout the region.
Randy has experience across a broad range of sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, media, entertainment, energy, agriculture, manufacturing and food and beverage.
Randy is an advocate for human rights in the South Florida community and is a co-chair of the International Bar Association’s LGBTI Law Committee, a committee member for the Cyrus R. Vance Center for International Justice and a member of the board of directors of the Council of the Americas. Randy is also a prolific speaker and author on corporate trends in Latin America.
