She also performs intellectual property and information technology due diligence for M&A transactions and advises clients on patent law and intellectual property strategy. Reeya has experience identifying privacy and security risks to clients in connection with such transactions and counseling clients to mitigate the related legal risks. Reeya has also worked with forensics teams to investigate data breaches and respond in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
