Partner Renaud Baguenault de Puchesse is a member of Gide's Real Estate Transactions & Financing practice group.

He has a proven track record in advising on the implementation of complex transactions (portfolio sales, sale and lease-back transactions, corporate deals, etc.) and in defending his clients in litigation.

He also regularly advises his institutional clients on the negotiation of commercial leases, and is called upon for construction operations (property development contracts, off-plan sales and leases).

Over the years, he has developed a French and international institutional client base (banks, insurance companies, investment funds, developers, etc.). In 2021, he led a transaction on behalf of an institutional owner for the sale of assets located in the Paris region, with a value exceeding EUR 200 million.

In 2019, Renaud was involved in two major transactions with a total value of 1 billion euros. In particular, he advised BNP on the sale and lease of its future headquarters in Boulogne-Billancourt and Bouygues Immobilier on the sale of a large office building in Issy-les-Moulineaux leased to Canal + and sold to Sogecap.
