Renee I. Covitt is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. represented Deutsche Bank in analyzing more than 75 commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) transactions

represented owner in $180 million debt restructuring of The Setai-Downtown

represented the developer in the refinancing of a $60 million EB-5 loan

represented the developer of the Baccarat Hotel and Residences in New York, the Oosten, a residential development encompassing an entire block in Williamsburg, as well as The Residences on Tenth Avenue, 212 Fifth Avenue, Madison House, 277 Fifth Avenue, 347 Bowery, 21 East 12th Street, Soho Tower and One Beekman Street
