Renee I. Covitt is an attorney in Holland & Knight's New York office and a member of the firm's Real Estate Section. Clients rely on Ms. Covitt's extensive experience to assist them with complex real estate transactions, such as the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial and residential properties. Her practice also includes the representation of developers and investors in the development of mixed-use properties, new construction, and the conversion of vacant and occupied buildings to condominium ownership. In addition, Ms. Covitt's practice includes the representation of owners with respect to financing, construction and general real estate affairs.
