He has comprehensive and extensive trial and appellate experience, regularly appearing before a range of tribunals, arbitral bodies and courts, including all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court. Richard's expertise includes corporate and shareholder disputes, oppression, securities, commercial disputes, restructurings, injunctions, arbitration, professional negligence, economic torts, professional discipline, estates litigation, health law and administrative and constitutional law matters.
