Richard Groos is experienced in intellectual property law. As a partner in the Intellectual Property, Patent, Trademark and Copyright Litigation practice, Richard consults with clients on a variety of intellectual property matters.

Richard counsels clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including domestic and international trademark registration and enforcement. He focuses in strategic planning and alignment of trademark portfolio composition with business goals. He works with clients to find creative solutions in branding, advertising and internet disputes, and assists clients in capturing, creating and enforcing intellectual property rights.

Mr. Groos assists clients in trademark clearance, investigation and prosecution, and represents clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, as well as in litigation and through various alternative dispute resolution procedures. Richard is a frequent speaker and author on intellectual property topics.
