Practice Areas
Rob Maguire co-chairs the firm's litigation practice group nationwide. In addition, Rob has an active litigation practice in which he represents businesses and individuals in state and federal court, including trials, and in administrative proceedings involving business, technology industry, and political disputes. His experience includes handling a full range of complex commercial disputes, fiduciary duty claims, trade secret and noncompete matters, government investigations, employment issues, and conflicts with regulators. Rob also advises clients on constitutional, election, campaign finance, and political matters.
Rob has represented Microsoft, Uber, Starbucks, The Seattle Times, numerous trade associations, various statewide ballot measure committees, political parties, and candidates.
