Ronald is chair of the firm's Debt Finance Group and a member of the corporate & business transactions practice group. He represents private equity funds, corporate borrowers, commercial banks and private lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured credit facilities, including acquisition financings, asset-based lending, working capital loans and dividend recapitalizations. He assists clients across numerous industries, with an emphasis on food and beverage, and restaurant businesses. He has notable experience with franchise financing matters and understands the nuances particular to those transactions.
