She has extensive experience in advising on employment matters arising from corporate transactions such as mergers, spin-offs, contributions of business lines, outsourcing and externalization processes, etc. Frequent speaker at seminars; author of multiple articles in specialized magazines/journals. Teaches labor law at the most prestigious executive business schools.

She also manages from an strategical point of view numerous collective processes such as labor restructurings, collective layoffs, the modification, streamlining and unification of working conditions, temporary interruptions of contracts, collective labor agreement opt-outs, protocols and corporate policies.

Furthermore, she is the go-to expert on matters relating to corporate senior management and, specifically, termination processes and complex compensation systems (variable compensation, stock options, shares, flexible compensation, etc.).

Member of several working groups on labor reforms in Spain, the future of labor, senior workers, etc.
