Debtors, creditor and related litigation experience in Chapter 11 and 9 matters and out-of-court restructurings. Served as Special Master to the US Treasury’s program on distressed multi-employer pension plans (MPRA). Leads Dentons’ global workout panel for the International Finance Corporation, World Bank Group, and the firm’s panel representation for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC). Represents the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in several failed bank matters.
